Ingredients:
1.5 lbs Bruce Ranch Ground Beef
Half an onion
Ketchup
Mustard Powder
Worcestershire sauce
Cheddar Cheese
Fresh parsley
Hamburger Buns (We prefer Gaston’s Brioche hamburger buns.)
Instructions:
Sauté half of a chopped onion with Bruce Ranch ground beef over medium heat.
Add some mustard powder.
Add some ketchup.
Add some Worcestershire.
Taste. Add more of any of the above ingredients if desired.
Once ground beef, onions and spices are well-mixed and browned, add 1.5-2 cups cheddar cheese. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley over the top and gently mix together as cheese melts.
Warm/toast hamburger buns in oven or in skillet on the stove. When buns are warm, generously spoon the delicious beef mixture onto buns and serve as sandwiches. YUM!
