Cuts:

  • 50% Ground Beef

  • 25% Steaks

  • 25% Ribs and Roasts

You Will Receive:

  • Ground beef (85-88% meat, 12-15% fat)(1.5 lb packages)

  • 5-6 Roasts (ARM POT roast, Chuck, Rump & Sirloin Tip) (Size 3-4 lbs)

  • 15-17 Steaks (1” thick, 2 per package)

    • T-Bone, Bone-in Ribeye, Sirloin, Flank and/or Skirt

    • (Note the T-bone cut includes New York Strip and Filet)

  • Short Ribs

  • 1/2 Brisket or Tri-tip

  • Carne asada

  • Stew meat

  • Soup bones (optional)

Quality and cost:

Your all natural Angus beef will be supreme quality, aged for a minimum of 14 days, hand trimmed and vacuum-sealed for freshness. Your cost for 110 lbs is $1122 plus Idaho State sales tax of 6%. Your pre-paid deposit is taken off your final invoice. No additional fees.

If your quarter ‘share’ does not equal 110 lbs, we will reduce your final invoice per lb it is short of 110 lbs.
